Shipping & returns

We usually ship within 1 to 2 days of receipt of the order  However, based on the unpredictable nature of the global pandemic, shipping delays and extended processing times may occur. 

Returns will be shipped at the recipient's expense, unless defective, in which case we reserve the right to replace at our expense.

Returns for refund are allowed within 7 days of receipt of goods

Returns for store credit are due within 30 days of receipt of goods

All returns must be in original packaging and in salable condition - please contact us by phone (413-637-1191) or email  ([email protected]) within 5 days, if merchandise arrived damaged ( please save packaging) or  is defective.
