Store policies

Any in-store purchase can be exchanged within 30 days in original packaging and in saleable condition (exception: final sale and barn merchandise)

Defective merchandise will be replaced as soon as possible, exchanged for store credit , or a refund will be issued , if returned within 30 days with a receipt.

Merchandise purchased by phone, mail order or internet will receive a refund if returned to the store within 14 days in original condition. Otherwise store credit will be issued if returned within 30 days.

Personalized and special order merchandise  is not returnable unless defective.

Sale and barn merchandise is sold “as is”  and is final sale.
